Anytime you use StudioGangstas.net you agree to all of the following....
In General

- We reserve the right to decide who can and can not use StudioGangstas.net. We can close your account at anytime for any reason without disclosure of said reason. We can also choose to deny your registration for any reason without need to disclose said reason.
- We reserve the right to decide what content (comments, blog entries, photo’s etc) can and can’t be posted on StudioGangstas.net. We also reserve the right to remove any content at any time with out need of explanation.
- You will not use StudioGangstas.net for commercial email. AKA SPAM
- You will not upload anything malicious like a virus, worm or malware or anything like them. No scrapers, robots, or anything like them either.
- Basic Ettiquette and Manners we expect.
i. No being mean. Things like intimidation or harassment will result in being banned from using StudioGangstas.net - possibly forever. We reserve the right to define these terms subjectively as to when they occur and what action to take.
ii. No posting pornography or violence. No posting nudity. Stay away from even overtly mature information. When positng content ask your self “Is this appropriate in subject matter for ages 16 and higher.” If the answer is yes than proceed. It does not have to be relevant or coherent to them – just appropriate.
iii. You will not use StudioGangstas.net to do anything unlawful. You will never do anything unlawful while on StudioGangstas.net. Please be good while offiline too.

You may not register or use StudioGangstas.net if you meet any one of the following conditions
i. You’re on the U.S. Treasury Departments list of Specially Designated Nationals.
ii. You are a registered sex offender.
iii. You are a mean person. Grumpy and angry is fine. Just no meanness.

- You will create only one account for yourself.
- You can only create an account for another person or thing when expressly permited to do so by that person or thing.
- You will not enter any false information in to your profile or any profile you are expressly permitted to maintain.
- You will keep your profile, as well as any profile you are expressly permitted to, accurate and up to date.
- You will only edit a persons profile while expressly permitted to do so by that person. Ceasing immediately when instructed to do so by the account owner.
- You will keep all account identification information secure. Whether its your information or not you may not disclose or publish it to anyone other than the account owner.
- You will not collect user information or any other information without our express permission granted. This includes any manual or automated means of obtaining any data or information from StudioGangstas.net. This applies even if you do not have an account on StudioGangstas.net.
- You will not post content that violates the rights of anyone or anything.
- You will not post anyone's identification documents or financial information on StudioGangstas.net.
- All Directory (watersports yellow pages) fees are for 12 months of listing coverage only

- We reserve the right to update this agreement at anytime.
- We reserve the right to update any StudioGangstas.net Policy at anytime
- We also reserve the right to waive any part of the agreement at anytime. For any reason with no reasons needing to be disclosed.
- Any dispute over account owner will decided in a binding and final manner by StudioGangstas.net . If an agreement can not be reached the account may be closed by StudioGangstas.net at its discretion. No explanations need be given to either party.
