(Deadlybuda.com/Deadly Systems) Hardcore/Speedcore - Los Angeles, CA
Starting in 1983 as a Graffiti artist featured in books, magazines, videos and festivals Deadly Buda has really put out a name for himself. He started to become a DJ and rave promoter in 1992 and became to be known as one of the hardest Hardcore Techno DJs. He has played in many cities in the states and Europe. He opened Turbo-Zen one of America's first Rave Record shops, and has done art for many artists and record labels. He has produced records releasing in the US, England, France, Holland and Germany. He started his own label 'Deadly Systems' in 1996. He created all the label's artwork, and produced the music for the first two releases. In addition, He wrote much of, published and edited “The Deadly Type” a newspaper dedicated to the underground rave scene. In 2000, URB magazine recognized him as one of the top 5 hardcore DJs and producers in America. He has been tearing up the decks for years and now he is back in Minnesota for his 15th year anniversary as a DJ.
Happy Hardcore Hero DJ SPREE! Spree is without doubt one of the most well known and original
Happycore DJ’s in America . No one can imitate the originator! Not only can he scratch like
turntable fiend but also possesses the ability to turn a crowd into an instant frenzy with
his record dropping intuition. Each time you see Spree memories come flooding back and new
ones are created. He perfectly balances the anthems of old with the latest sounds of today.

A little more on Nosmo v Kris B:

There are very few producers who managed to put their first production on a track-listing from a Radio 1 Essential Mix. Even fewer can claim that feat with Sasha and to top it all off, during the Delta Heavy launch party at the WMC. It was no surprise that "One for the Road" was quickly signed to Hope Recordings and was followed by the formation of the live electronic group known as Grayarea. After AM Only picked up the rights to represent the group in North America, Grayarea took to the road for several headlining US tours.

A few years and several number one chart singles later, Nosmo and Kris B are back in Chicago shacked up in the studio and aggressively pushing their agenda of on the edge, quality productions. Their imprint Nightshade Music focuses on the melodic side of tech and house and the techy side of progressive and house. Nightshade Music has quickly risen through the ranks mainly due to Nosmo and Kris B's relentless pace and a keen ability to place their music in the right places in the industry.

Perhaps the most refreshing part of their recent success is the dedication they have shown to their vision of artistic future in their personal lives. It is a never-ending story of young artists making it big and slowly fading away into our residual consciousness and finally disappearing forever to some cubicle shaped reality that some insist on calling "real life." Nosmo and Kris B have shed all the artificial life ideas that our society drills into us every day. "Cold turkey" is the best way to get it done and after launching Nightshade Music in February 2008 the guys have never looked back. They have dedicated all their time to studio work, managing the label, and extensive touring both as DJs and with their unique live performance.

nightshade-music.com

See you on the dancefloor!

...I've decided to sell off everything I own to mark the death of denot5

Here's a little run down....

Computer including software:
Dell inspiron 531s (they only made so many of these....not available anymore) this computer is by far the best that I have ever used (windows vista) it's got the uber rare (for dell computers of this price range) 3GB RAM, 350GB HD (a lil' under 300 available after what vista takes up), AMDx64 Duo core processors, windows vista home premium, etc....
Software:
Well let's see I have full working versions of Cubase SX v.2.2.0, FL studio (versions: 4, 7 and 8...7 and 8 are both XXL Producer Edition) including tons (about 15-20GB or more) of extra plugins (VST/DXI) that you would end up paying a shit ton of money for which I have for the most part ... as well as "all" the bells and whistles you would associate with the original formats of fruity loops XXL including all the poizone, morphine, toxic (including biohazard!!!), etc... NO BULLSHIT!
Everything that FL Studio has to offer up to this date I own on this computer!
Also, Ableton Live 7.0.2 (also with tons of plugins as formentioned above including some that are not compatible with FL Studio or cubase!!!
I pretty much have every synth sound/drum machine plugins you could imagine to make your production dreams come true and then some.
I also have fully loaded this PC with every kind of decoder (flac, RAR, winZip, blah friggin' Blah....)

It's loaded let's just put it that way...
To go along with the production station (that's what I like to call it) a 17" flat screen monitor, optical mouse, 4GB flash drive, USB stereo speakers (HD), Evolution 64 key synth controller (with tons of knobs, sliders, pitch mods "all fully asignable and smooth as hell!!!) and a samsong USB studio quality microphone with desk style stand (comes standard)

There's more that I'm failing to mention like all the super rare music that I have on it and the countless hours of production that I've already put into it.....I'm just ready to end it all!

For the above package deal I am unsure what to put down as a charge as I have invested shitloads of time and money into it.....so, I'm taking offers (remember I put approx. $2300+ into this computer setup so....

Also: Decks...a pair of Tech 1200 MK3d's (serials are not far off from each other and infact they have the same inspectors mark on them so I'm pretty sure they were made the same day and fine tuned just right (they are the most solid decks I ever laid my hands on!) the only problem here is that my (now again GF...yes I forgave her) ripped one of the tonearms off one of the decks so there's something the buyer would have to fix....not a costly operation considering the price tag of only $400 for the pair! Including DJ Craze sig Cartridges and styli (stanton) the styli may be worn a bit but they still sound pretty fuckin great to me! Then again I spin gritty ass tech shit so.....

Mixers: A worn out Pioneer DJM500 (worn out has no bearing here it's fucked up) $50....I paid 6 times that much for it in the same condition and have actually fixed it up a bit so that it's usable, hence the mix I made with it that is online right now that sounds pretty fuckin' awesome to me (note my sig)
A numark 3 chanel thingy (in mint condition) bought it for $135 and asking only $50 for it if my main man Arsenal (who I've let borrow since I haven't had a gig in forever) doesn't buy it first.

And last but not least... the holiest of unholy my record collection (so many goodies in there and rare hard to find gems that it would break my heart to list them all here......spent years collecting these hard to find vinyls and I'm really sad to see them go but I must because what do they have to offer to a dead entity!

There's probably (I would say) $3,000+ worth of records there that I'm willing to sell off at $1 a piece (except for the super rare ones that I actually paid out the ass for but will be negotiable...).....I'll get a list up ASAP on those records it may take a minute.

Also, I have an EM1 (korg) that's already been moded out for the gritty type sounds that I favor for only $90 (I paid almost double when I bought it.....)

there's more that I'm missing here like EQ's, cables, speakers, amps, home stereo equipment, my soul......

If "any" of this sounds like something you may be interested in PLZ hit me up.

Thanx for the good years and even the BAD, much respect......denot5

DJ AND MEDIA SUPPORT:

Loco Dice (Song For Fred licensed to Dice's upcoming "The Lab" compilation on NRK) - Song For Fred is the one for me...will play it for sure!

Shur-I-Kan - Both tracks on this release are cool; always Audio Soul project produces quality.

King Roc - Loving the original of Get Off Your High Horse.

Motorcitysoul - Great mix from my Istanbul based friend Subsky on Get Off Your High Horse. Mazi is delivering quality stuff with a Chicago touch.

Stacey Pullen - Subksy remix is slamming! Will support.

Dean Facer - Beautiful new work from Mazi. Sublime quality per normal 10/10.

Electric Press - Cool set of tracks here with a proper groovy house feeling; Subksy remix of GOYHH is the fave but the original is quirky and cool...like both.

FEX - I'm totally into Song For Fred, really groovy one. I can't wait to play this!

Also supported by Ben Watt (featured "Get Off Your High Horse" on Buzzin Fly radio show on Kiss FM), Dubfire, Satoshi Tomiie, Alex Flitsch, Steve Lawler, Justin Long, Luke Solomon, Joris Voorn, Tiger Stripes, Sub Club Harri, Funk D'Void, Hipp-e, Phonogenic, Onephatdeeva, Slam, James Talk, Alexander Maier, Nacho Marco, Justin Drake, Tres Manos and Fine Cut Bodies.

ABOUT "HIGH OFF THE PEOPLE":
The latest Audio Soul Project release on Fresh Meat, Mazi's heaviest work since he's acclaimed 2002 full length "Community" on NRK, is informed by a time when the heartbeat of revolution was strong. "High Off The People" opens with "Get Off Your High Horse", a charged hypnotic journey that is easy to get lost in. The track sets an initially minimal pace as it organically builds with layers of acoustic and analog instrumentation. Mazi's ARP Odyssey can be heard screaming and squelching throughout. This time the beast is set against warm and cold sounds from a Moog; the later creating a singular rather catchy melody via frequent patch changes. Electric piano chords are accented by loud distorted stabs in a circular groove that continues undulating and morphing through the track. On remix duties, Fresh Meat enlist the impeccable skills of current rising star Subsky. This Turkish talent has recently released exceptional music on labels like Plastic City, Urbantorque, and Forensic Records. For his remix of "Get Off...," Subsky infuses the track's main melodic parts with his own bouncy FM bass line, insistent new keys, and a multitude of wild rhythmic accents.

ASP's second original offering is the spiritual "Song For Fred". The twelve minute plus trip is a musical ode to Fred Hampton, the former leader of the Chicago chapter of the Black Panther Party. Here, Mazi pays tribute to a figure who has clearly captured his imagination. The song is deceptively simple and repetitive. A shuffling lo-fi drum track and a sub bass bump are all that underpin the evolving piano and synth key work; it's the kind of workout that strikes a meditative mood while shaking ones hips. No package on Fresh Meat would be complete without a nod to the utilitarian aesthetic. This time Nathan Drew Larsen provides a short and utterly useful edit of "Song For Fred". He cuts the track judiciously, retaining only the most linear and rhythmic passages. The result is a pure early 90’s-styled warehouse track that transforms the long journey of the original into a perfectly concise DJ tool ready for live back and forth between the decks.
